She doesn’t mind, but is it wrong for me to keep calling my mom Miriam?

My mom actually admits she doesn’t like dark skinned people. She often makes politically incorrect remarks about dark skinned people. Whenever she makes such a remark, I always remind her of Miriam. And tell her she should beware of leprosy. She laughs; it doesn’t seem to bother her.
Should warning my mom about leprosy, and keep calling her Miriam?
It is a good idea to continue to try to get your mom to stop being racist, if that is the best way you can do it, then keep doing it! It is only for your mother’s own good.
